Das Rote Reserva von Alhambra passt perfekt zu Wurst, Käse und starkem Fleisch wie Wildfleisch

Es ist ein rotes Bier im Doppelbock-Stil. Transparent, mit einer dunklen Bernsteinfarbe und sehr hell.
Der Schaum ist cremig und konsistent und mit etwas Rubinrot.
Sehr Maltose mit gerösteten Aromen und Karamell und etwas Nuance zu reifen Früchten.
Im Mund finden wir einen vollen Körper, mit mittlerer Kohlensäure.
Der Alkoholgehalt von 7,2 und eine mittlere Bitterkeit werden durch die Malze abgeschwächt, was kein alkoholisches Gefühl ergibt.
Abgeschwächt etwas edler Hopfenaroma, am Gaumen finden wir einen vollen Körper, mittlere Kohlensäure.
