Conservas de Cambados is located in Galicia, in northwestern Spain. This is where the Ría de Arousa is located, known not only for its size, but also for its marine wealth.

In addition to the white tuna (bonito) typical of Galicia, which is caught individually off our coast in the summer months, we also produce canned yellowfin and bluefin tuna. The canned white and bluefin tuna are made from fresh fish, while the yellowfin tuna is produced from frozen fish, as it does not originate from Spain. The tuna is usually preserved in olive oil; their belly fillets are the most sought-after, being particularly tender and flavorful due to their high fat content. Tuna is a globally renowned product and is excellent for salads, tapas, and even main courses.
