Conservas de Cambados is located in Galicia in northwestern Spain. This is where the Ría de Arousa is situated, which is known not only for its size but also for its marine wealth.

In addition to white tuna (bonito) typical of Galicia, which is caught individually off our coast during the summer months, we also produce canned yellowfin and bluefin tuna. The white and bluefin tuna preserves are made from fresh fish, while the yellowfin tuna is produced from frozen fish, as it does not originate from Spain. The tuna is usually packed in olive oil; the belly fillets are the most sought-after, being particularly tender and flavorful due to their high fat content. Tuna products are known throughout the world and are excellent for salads, tapas, and even main courses.
