Flawless fruit and rapid processing are the secret to this finely crafted oil that has a pleasantly fresh and cool character. Very delicate, made from 100% Picual.

The oil from the Familia Parra Jiménez is the result of careful cultivation and processing of their olives, obtained via cold extraction in their own mill in the heart of their olive grove from freshly harvested olives.

Certified organic Demeter.

  • The delicately mild choice: First press. The finest cold-pressed organic olive oil, mild and from biodynamic cultivation.
  • The dedication to quality and precision in production is unique, resulting in the oil’s exceptional stability.
  • Every production step is meticulously monitored and controlled to meet the highest gourmet standards.
  • Ideally suited for: salads and cold dishes, as well as sauces and fish dishes. Also excellent as an olive oil dip.
  • Aromas of lemon, green grass, and artichoke
  • Producer: Familia Parra Jiménez (Parra Family Organic) is a family-run business

Parra Family Organic was founded in 1993 by three brothers: Francisco, Javier, and Luis. Despite the size of the operation, the brothers handle most of the office work themselves and are closely involved in every step of the process.

Everyone contributes to all areas, though upon closer inspection, Francisco will admit that he focuses slightly more on sales and marketing, while Javier concentrates on winemaking. Luis is on hand everywhere and spends a lot of time on his passion: pigeon breeding.
